To be honest though, I have no experience with the Evernight setting so really cannot comment on how well it, or any class or race, would fit.
Two pages of historical background, presented as a tale of earlier heroes, told to the PCs by a minstrel. The specific story beats are pretty good at the start, then pretty terrible in the middle, and passable at the end.
All the old favorites of your typical fantasy game are presentbrave paladins, rangers, words, clerics, and the rest, but in a world unlike any the fantasy genre has ever seen before! There are notes worrlds which Edges and Hindrances are not appropriate, and a few new Edges; the professional edges stand out worrlds most interesting for me, allowing a PC to be a Red Knight paladin or Sun Priest cleric.

I recommend using this book fully, worldd just as a source of inspiration—it even provides pre-generated characters ideal to the scenario.
